Imperial Stout Aged in Bourbon Barrels
12.4% ABV
After spending over a year in bourbon barrels, this variant of A Night To End All Dawns, our massive imperial stout, was conditioned on maple syrup and Madagascar & Mexican vanilla beans. The extended aging allowed seasonal temperature fluctuations in the barrels to draw bold flavors from the oak that can only develop with time. The heat of the bourbon gave way to subtle caramel sweetness from the oak married with the flavors of oak and vanilla.

A Night To End All Dawns is a massive Imperial Stout that spent over a year in bourbon barrels. The extended aging allowed seasonal temperature fluctuations in the barrels to draw bold flavors from the oak that can only develop with time.The heat of the bourbon gave way to a subtle caramel sweetness, and the bold, sharp edges of the roasted malt mellowed and married with flavors of vanilla and oak.

Double Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout
12.4% ABV
The 2019 vintage of Double Barrel Aged A Night to End All Dawns is our 12.4% imperial stout that initially spent over a year in bourbon and rye whiskey barrels. We then hand-selected the best of those barrels, blended, and aged further in bourbon barrels that had held Vermont maple syrup. The extended aging allowed seasonal temperature fluctuations in the barrels to draw bold flavors form the oak that can only develop with time. This beer carries notes of vanilla and coconut from the initial barrel-aging and hints of caramel and undertones of toffee from the next round of maple syrup barrel-aging.

2024 Double Barrel A Night To End All Dawns, our Double Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout was aged in a blend of bourbon barrels for an average of 23 months, including Heaven Hill Old Fitzgerald Bourbon, Heaven Hill 8-Year Bourbon and Buffalo Trace Weller Wheated Bourbon, before being double barreled for an addition six months in a Amburana cask from Brazil. This beer pushes of rich chocolate and vanilla from the bourbon barrel aging, supported by baked cinnamon rolls & creamy vanilla frosting.

This beer has notes of chocolate, vanilla, pumpkin pie spice, dried figs & carrot cake.

This Double Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout was aged in a blend of bourbon barrels for an average of 23 months, including Heaven Hill Old Fitzgerald Bourbon, Heaven Hill 8-Year Bourbon and Buffalo Trace Weller Wheated Bourbon, before being double barreled for an addition six months in a Cumaru cask from Brazil. This beer has notes of fresh baked apple pie à la mode & baked Alaska flambé supported by rich chocolate and vanilla from the prior bourbon barrel aging.

Double Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout

For this year's vintage of Tomorrow Is Already Here, our team tasted through our cellar and selected some of our favorite Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stouts. These barrels, with an average age of 25 months, were blended and Double Barrel-Aged for an additional three months in separate spirits casks. After aging, these casks were blended and conditioned in stainless for four weeks prior to bottling. Our 2024 Tomorrow Is Already Here pours jet black with a tan foam and brings complex notes of caramel, vanilla bean and coconut with highlights of fresh baked cinnamon pastry and additional layers of sweet cake frosting and dark mocha.

2022 Scotch Double Barrel-Aged Picture In Reverse is our 16.1% blend of barleywines aged for 27 months in Willett Bourbon barrels that we picked up directly from the distillery in Kentucky. We selected a few of our best barrels and double barrel aged it in non-peated Scotch Whiskey casks.

Barrel-Aged Morning Bean (2021)
Barrel-Aged Imperial Milk Stout
11.9% ABV
This is the first barrel aged version of Morning Bean. Barrel Aged Morning Bean- a 11.9% blend of Imperial Milk Porters aged in Old Fitzgerald, Willett, and 17-year Wild Turkey bourbon barrels for an average of 15 months. We then conditioned this decadent beer on ton of hand-cut and scraped Madagascar vanilla beans and Rook Coffee that complement the notes of brown sugar and vanilla from barrel aging to create a bold, flavorful porter.

Barrel Aged Brownie Sugar Adjunct Magik (2021)
Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout
12.8% ABV
This decadent blend was brewed with a massive amount of brownie batter and then aged for 17 months in Buffalo Trace and Weller Bourbon barrels. Next, we conditioned it on a thoughtful amount of Haitian cacao nibs and Madagascar vanilla beans. The vanilla and caramel notes from the barrel aging is intensified by the addition of cacao nibs and vanilla beans to create a truly indulgent experience that reminds us of the ultimate brownie à la mode.

Shell Game (2019)
Rye Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout

Brewed in collaboration with Jackie O's, Shell Game is our 13.8% Rye Imperial Stout brewed with brown sugar, hand-toasted almonds, pumpkin and sunflower seeds that was aged in Rye Whiskey barrels for over a year. After being racked out of barrels we conditioned the beer on coconut and granola. The final product is a rich, full bodied and complex Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout with multiple layers of flavor.

4015 is our 13.8% blend of Barrel-Aged Ales that was created to commemorate our 11th Anniversary. Since our First Anniversary release, 365, we have reserved a portion of each year’s release so it can be blended the following year to create the next Anniversary Ale. By doing each one of our Anniversary releases contains a piece of our brewing past. 4015 combines small pieces of the last decade of our barrel-aging program with all the complexities of our current barrel stock.

Bourbon Barrel-Aged Driftwood is our 12.7% Imperial Brown Ale that was brewed with maple and molasses and finished in Willett Bourbon barrels for 13 months. We then cold-conditioned the beer for two months in stainless to round out the flavor before bottling. Driftwood is a bold, well-rounded ale that expresses deep layers of sweet maple syrup and has notes of oak and vanilla throughout from the barrel-aging.

Each year we save a portion of our previous anniversary beer to be blended with a fresh batch that is then aged for a year in rye whiskey barrels. We do this so that every anniversary ale contains a piece of our past and evolves and changes with the brewery over time.

8th Anniversary Port Redux
Blend of Barrel-Aged Ales
12.4% ABV
Inspired by our first anniversary ale, Port Anniversary Redux was created by separately double barrel-aging our rye barrel-aged anniversary blend and one of our imperial stouts in both Ruby and Tawny Port wine barrels. After aging for 10 months, we separately racked the components of each beer into stainless for conditioning. Once ready, we blended the components to taste, then aged the blend on Ghanaian cacao nibs to achieve a flavor profile similar to a dessert wine and chocolate pairing.

8th Anniversary Moscatel Redux
Blend of Barrel-Aged Ales
13.0% ABV
Inspired by our first anniversary ale, Port Anniversary Redux was created by blending some of our favorite barrels from our stock of rye barrel-aged anniversary ales and bourbon barrel-aged imperial stouts. We then double barrel-aged the blend in Moscatel wine barrels (a Portuguese fortified wine) for a year. The subtle and delicate sweetness of the Moscatel wine barrels perfectly complements the intricate flavors from our previously aged ales for a finish that is truly worth savoring.

Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout

2922 is a blend of hand selected barrel-aged imperial stouts and porters that were individually chosen from our stock of over 200 spirit barrels. The blend was aged in stainless and then conditioned on Madagascar bourbon vanilla beans and cinnamon. 2922 expresses deep layers of caramel, chocolate and maple, for a final finish similar to a maple syrup drenched French toast.

Triple Barrel Aged 2920
Blend of Barrel-Aged Ales
14.4% ABV
Triple Barrel-Aged 2920 is our 14.4% Triple Barrel-Aged variant of our Eighth Anniversary Ale. Following the release of our 8th Anniversary Ale, 2920, we took a portion of that barrel-aged blend and racked it into a single Cognac puncheon. After considerable time in that puncheon, we spilt the blend into a single Rum Barrel and Amburana cask. After finishing in those barrels we blend the two together and cold conditioned in stainless before packaging.
