Coolship 11°

Czech-Style Pale Lager

4.3% ABV

Coolship 11° was brewed using exclusively floor-malted Moravian barley utilizing a three-step mash.⁣ It was hopped with Czech Saaz in the kettle before being racked to our Coolship for a short two-hour rest to produce an extremely clear wort. While in the Coolship we added a large dose of whole leaf Saaz hops.⁣ It was then cold fermented with a traditional Czech yeast strain provided by the Wild East team.⁣ After fermentation it was transferred to 500L Puncheons for extended cold lagering before packaging. ⁣ Coolship 11° pours bright gold with floral and spicy aromatics that can only be achieved with whole leaf hops. ⁣ The crackery malt profile is supported by smooth, clean bitterness making for an extremely drinkable 4.3% lager.⁣

Corduroy Lines

Imperial IPA

8.4% ABV

Corduroy Lines is brewed with Citra in the whirlpool, followed with a heavy dry-hop of Galaxy, Waimea, and Citra. Corduroy Lines pours with a bright orange haze and brings bright hop flavors of orange creamsicle, stone fruit, tropical fruit with a hint of resinous pine.

Cosmic Dreaming

India Pale Ale

6.5% ABV

Cosmic Dreaming is brewed with pilsner, oats, wheat, and a touch of low crystal malts.  It was dry hopped with Citra and Cascade but fermented with a new yeast strain that adds tropical aromas typically experienced from southern Hemisphere hops. ⁣ ⁣ The end result is a punchy, citrus packed IPA with flavors of grapefruit, peach, and passion fruit and subtle floral aromas.

Crystal Sea was hopped with Strata in the kettle and whirlpool, and dry hopped with Mosaic and Strata.⁣ ⁣ Crystal Sea brings vibrant hop aromatics of orange and creamsicle, with ripe citrus and dank flavors. ⁣

Do I Even Like Eggnog?

Holiday Ale

6.8% ABV

This 6.8% Eggnog-inspired Holiday Ale is brewed with our house pilsner malt, wheat, oats, and lactose for a full-bodied beer, reminiscent of a traditional holiday eggnog.​ ​ To balance the sweetness from the lactose, this beer was gently hopped in the kettle, then conditioned on nutmeg and bourbon-soaked vanilla.​ ​ Do I Even Like Eggnog? pours a hazy gold with holiday forward notes of vanilla and light bourbon spice.​ ​ Do I Even Like Eggnog? blends all the character of traditional Eggnog with a smooth and full-bodied ale.

Donut Shack

Apple Cider Donut IPA

6.8% ABV

Our 6.8% Apple Cider Donut IPA is brewed in collaboration with our longtime friends at Delicious Orchards.​ Apple Cider Donuts from Delicious Orchards were added in the mash along with our house Pilsner, wheat and oats for a full-bodied beer. We added freshly pressed apple cider to the kettle with a small amount of lactose to replicate the sweetness of the donut and balance the tartness of the cider. Donut Shack is lightly hopped to add sweet vanilla and coconut flavors, and is finally conditioned on cinnamon to bring together all the flavors of Apple Cider Donuts. Donut Shack pours a light hazy gold with notes of apple, pear, bright cider and cinnamon.

Double Barrel Aged Unmarked Jetty (2025)

Double Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout

12.6% ABV

Double Barrel Aged Unmarked Jetty was aged in a Heaven Hill Elijah Craig Toasted Oak Bourbon Barrel for a total of 25 months before being hand-selected to age in an Amburana wood barrel for an additional 4 months. This Double Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout pours black with a light mocha foam. It pushes aromas of cinnamon raisin, French toast, light maple syrup and a touch of French vanilla coffee supported by complex baking spice notes from extended barrel-aging.

Double Barrel Aged Wooden Cleat (2025)

Double Barrel-Aged Barleywine

13.6% ABV

Double Barrel Aged Wooden Cleat is a blend of barleywines aged for 30 months in Elijah Craig and Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels. We then aged this blend in Balsamo and Cumaru wood barrels for two months before racking it for extended cold conditioning. Double Barrel Wooden Cleat pours a dark chocolate color with notes of toasted nuts, caramelized sugar and stewed orange citrus.​

Double Cascade Head High

India Pale Ale

6.4% ABV

Double Cascade Head High, our 6.4% IPA, is inspired by the classic with an extra dose of High Oil Cascade hops sourced from Segal Hop Ranch. Double Cascade Head High is hopped with Centennial, Citra, and High Oil Cascade in the Whirlpool and dry-hopped with the unique blend of traditional Head High dry hops but double the amount of High Oil Cascade hops. Double Cascade Head High pours a hazy pale gold color and showcases the citrus, lemony, grapefruit and subtle pine flavors of Cascade.

Double Cryo Overhead

Imperial IPA

8.2% ABV

Double Cyro Overhead is bittered in the kettle with several additions of Centennial hops followed by Simcoe and Columbus in the whirlpool. Simcoe, Citra and Centennial were added for the first dry-hop before a massive second addition of Simcoe, Amarillo, Chinook Cyro and Columbus Cryo. Double Cryo Overhead has a light, unfiltered haze with intense aromatics of fresh citrus, light pine and dank resinous hop flavors. The addition of Columbus and Chinook Cryo at a hopping rate twice of Overhead brings a unique take on our favorite Imperial IPA.

Double Double Cask

Barrel-Aged Barleywine

12.8% ABV

Double Double Cask is our 12.8% double barrel aged barley wine. This release came from two separate barley wines, chosen for their notable complexity. The first component originated from a 2-day boiled barley wine aged initially for 12 months in a blend of large format Cognac and Jura wine casks before then being aged an additional 24 months in a single 13-Year-Old Forester Bourbon cask. The second component came from one of our favorite English barley wine recipes that was aged initially in a large format Armagnac cask for 20 months before being aged an additional 22 months in a single Early Times 10-Year Bourbon cask. Double Double Cask has an average age of 39 months. Double Double Cask pours a near-black dark brown with aromatics of rum raisin, candied oranges and chestnuts along with undertones of cacao and crème brûlée.

Double Double Wrapped (2023)

Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout

12.8% ABV

Double Double Wrap is our 12.8% Chocolate Peanut Butter Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout. Double Double Wrap is a blend of imperial stouts aged for an average of 21 months in Buffalo Trace Bourbon and Blanton’s Bourbon barrels. After cold conditioning in stainless we aged this blend on cacao nibs from Haiti and Ghana, along with a big dose of peanut butter. Double Double Wrap is a decadent stout that reveals flavor layers of dark chocolate ganache and creamy peanut butter filling supported by subtle vanilla and marshmallow flavors from the extended barrel-aging process.

Double Dry Hopped Galaxy Head High

Imperial IPA

8.2% ABV

Double Dry-Hopped Galaxy Head High is hopped with all the same great hops, plus an additional round of dry-hopping with one of our favorite hops—Australian Galaxy.⁣ ⁣ The addition of Galaxy adds more stone fruit, juicy peach, passionfruit and citrus flavors.⁣

Double Dry Hopped Head High

For this version of Double Dry Hopped Head High we doubled the amount of Head High’s traditional dry hop blend, then added an additional dry hop using all Galaxy.

Double Dry-Hopped BOXX

India Pale Ale

6.8% ABV

Double Dry-Hopped BOXX is a variant of our Sneakbox family favorite, BOXX, with a massive extra dose of hops. Double Dry-Hopped BOXX is hopped in the Whirlpool with Citra and Riwaka. Then it's dry-hopped with Citra, Mosaic & Nelson, with an additional dry-hop also including Simcoe, Riwaka & Krush (formerly HBC 586) to capture notes of tropical fruit, citrus, pine and white wine.

Double Dry-Hopped Party Wave

India Pale Ale

7.8% ABV

This take on classic Party Wave was hopped with Citra and Mosaic in the Whirlpool before receiving a huge double dry-hop of Galaxy, Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe. ​ ​ We dry-hopped this beer at a rate of close to 8lb per barrel giving way to intense hop notes of mangos, pine and passionfruit.​

Double Dry-Hopped SBX

Imperial IPA

8.3%

DDH SBX is our 8.3% variant of our classic SBX IPA, hopped with Citra in the whirlpool and dry hopped with Citra and Citra Cryo and Galaxy, not once but twice. We also add an experimental hop that helps give a flavor profile of mango, fresh lemons, guava and resin.

Double Galaxy Head High

India Pale Ale

6.6% ABV

Double Galaxy Head High was brewed to push the tropical and citrus notes of classic Head High one step further. Double Galaxy Head High was brewed with Citra and Centennial in the Whirlpool, then double dry-hopped; first with Citra, Chinook and Simcoe, then with Simcoe Cryo, Citra Cryo, Cascade Cryo and a massive double dose of Galaxy.​

Double Galaxy Party Wave

Imperial IPA

7.8% ABV

Double Galaxy Party Wave, our 7.8% IPA. Brewed with a base of pilsner malt along with a ton of wheat and oats, hopped with Citra and Riwaka in the whirlpool, followed by a massive dry hop of Galaxy, Citra, Nelson, and Riwaka. We brought in a new harvest of our hand-selected Galaxy crop, and we are stoked to feature it in this batch. Double Galaxy Party Wave pours a dense hazy yellow with aromatics of white peach gummies, passion fruit, and overripe mangoes, along with stonefruit.

Double Head High

Imperial IPA

8.2% ABV

Everything you know and love about Head High, turned all the way up to an 8.2% Imperial IPA. Double Head High is back again, featuring Citra and Centennial in the whirlpool, followed by a bold dry-hop of Citra, Simcoe, Cascade, and Chinook. The result is a hazy golden orange pour with a layered blend of bright citrus, peach, and pineapple notes, backed by notes of resin, grapefruit, and light pine. A smooth, full body carries just enough sweetness to balance the firm bitterness, making this a punchy yet clean take on a beloved classic.

Double Mosaic Party Wave

India Pale Ale

Double Mosaic Party Wave is the newest iteration of one of our year-round beers, Party Wave, swelled with extra Mosaic hops.​ Double Mosaic Party Wave carries the familiar citrus and peach flavors with amped up tropical notes of pineapple and blueberry.​

Double Ripple

India Pale Ale

7.4% ABV

Double Ripple is the juiced-up cousin of Ripple, our single hop Nelson Sauvin session ale. Double Ripple is hopped with Riwaka and Nelson Sauvin in the Whirlpool. This batch was then double dry-hopped with a blend heavy on Nelson Sauvin and Citra with a small punch of both Galaxy and Riwaka. Double Ripple pours a bright yellow haze with layers of fruity Sauvignon Blanc character, passion fruit, light diesel and citrus notes finishing extremely soft with low bitterness.

Dripping Maple (2022)

Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout

2024 World Beer Cup Gold medalist, Dripping Maple, is our 13.0% Double Barrel-Aged French-Toast inspired Imperial Stout, will be available this Saturday at the brewery during our tasting room hours of 12-8pm. We first brewed Dripping Maple back in 2020 and are excited to announce its return. For this year’s release we aged an Imperial Stout brewed with Maple Syrup for 16 months in a blend of Eagle Rare and E.H. Taylor Small Batch bourbon barrels. It was then finished in a @runamokmaple Vermont maple syrup barrel. After cold conditioning in stainless, we added Korintje Cinnamon and freshly scrapped Madagascar vanilla beans. Dripping Maple opens with decadent aromatics of fresh baked cinnamon rolls and maple-drenched French toast. The maple syrup and vanilla meld together to bring a smooth, creamy mouthfeel that supports the chocolatey bourbon profile of the blend.
