Double Dry-Hopped BOXX

India Pale Ale

6.8% ABV

Double Dry-Hopped BOXX is a variant of our Sneakbox family favorite, BOXX, with a massive extra dose of hops. Double Dry-Hopped BOXX is hopped in the Whirlpool with Citra and Riwaka. Then it's dry-hopped with Citra, Mosaic & Nelson, with an additional dry-hop also including Simcoe, Riwaka & Krush (formerly HBC 586) to capture notes of tropical fruit, citrus, pine and white wine.

Double Dry-Hopped Party Wave

India Pale Ale

7.8% ABV

This take on classic Party Wave was hopped with Citra and Mosaic in the Whirlpool before receiving a huge double dry-hop of Galaxy, Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe. ​ ​ We dry-hopped this beer at a rate of close to 8lb per barrel giving way to intense hop notes of mangos, pine and passionfruit.​

Double Dry-Hopped SBX

Imperial IPA

8.3% ABV

We took SBX, our imperial version of Sneakbox, and gave it even more hop character. This beer was hopped with Citra and Riwaka in the Whirlpool, then Citra and Krush in the dry-hop with a massive second addition of Citra Quantum, Riwaka, Nelson Sauvin, Simcoe and Mosaic. Double Dry-Hopped SBX pushes intense notes of tropical citrus, passionfruit, ripe stone fruit, and dank citrus peel.​

Double Galaxy Head High

India Pale Ale

6.6% ABV

Double Galaxy Head High was brewed to push the tropical and citrus notes of classic Head High one step further. Double Galaxy Head High was brewed with Citra and Centennial in the Whirlpool, then double dry-hopped; first with Citra, Chinook and Simcoe, then with Simcoe Cryo, Citra Cryo, Cascade Cryo and a massive double dose of Galaxy.​

Double Galaxy Party Wave

Imperial IPA

7.8% ABV

Double Galaxy Party Wave, our 7.8% IPA. Brewed with a base of pilsner malt along with a ton of wheat and oats, hopped with Citra and Riwaka in the whirlpool, followed by a massive dry hop of Galaxy, Citra, Nelson, and Riwaka. We brought in a new harvest of our hand-selected Galaxy crop, and we are stoked to feature it in this batch. Double Galaxy Party Wave pours a dense hazy yellow with aromatics of white peach gummies, passion fruit, and overripe mangoes, along with stonefruit.

Double Head High

Imperial IPA

8.2% ABV

Everything you know and love about Head High, turned all the way up to an 8.2% Imperial IPA. Double Head High is back again, featuring Citra and Centennial in the whirlpool, followed by a bold dry-hop of Citra, Simcoe, Cascade, and Chinook. The result is a hazy golden orange pour with a layered blend of bright citrus, peach, and pineapple notes, backed by notes of resin, grapefruit, and light pine. A smooth, full body carries just enough sweetness to balance the firm bitterness, making this a punchy yet clean take on a beloved classic.

Double Mosaic Party Wave is the newest iteration of one of our year-round beers, Party Wave, swelled with extra Mosaic hops.​ Double Mosaic Party Wave carries the familiar citrus and peach flavors with amped up tropical notes of pineapple and blueberry.​

Double Mosaic Sneakbox

Pale Ale

Double Mosaic Sneakbox, our 6.0% Pale Ale and newest member to the Sneakbox family of beers, is available in cans at the brewery today. Hopped in the Whirlpool with Citra and Riwaka, followed by a large dry-hop heavily focused on Mosaic, along with Citra, Riwaka, Krush, Nelson, and Simcoe, this beer is juicy and intensely aromatic. Double Mosaic Sneakbox was built for maximum hop expression with flavors and aromas of tropical punch, peach rings, and mixed berries with a slight dank edge.

Double Ripple

Imperial IPA

8.2% ABV

Double Ripple is the juiced-up cousin of Ripple, our single hop Nelson Sauvin session ale. This beer is hopped with Nelson and Riwaka in the whirlpool, then double dry-hopped with a blend heavy on Nelson and Citra with a small punch of Galaxy and Riwaka. Double Ripple pours a bright yellow haze with layers of white wine grapes, passion fruit, light dank and citrus notes finishing extremely soft with low bitterness.

Dripping Maple (2022)

Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout

13.0% ABV

2024 World Beer Cup Gold medalist, Dripping Maple, is our 13.0% Double Barrel-Aged French-Toast inspired Imperial Stout. We first brewed Dripping Maple back in 2020 and are excited to announce its return. For this year’s release we aged an Imperial Stout brewed with Maple Syrup for 16 months in a blend of Eagle Rare and E.H. Taylor Small Batch bourbon barrels. It was then finished in a Runamok Maple Vermont maple syrup barrel. After cold conditioning in stainless, we added Korintje Cinnamon and freshly scrapped Madagascar vanilla beans. Dripping Maple opens with decadent aromatics of fresh baked cinnamon rolls and maple-drenched French toast. The maple syrup and vanilla meld together to bring a smooth, creamy mouthfeel that supports the chocolatey bourbon profile of the blend.

Dripping Maple (2023)

Double Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout

13.6% ABV

Dripping Maple is a blend of Imperial Stouts aged for over 20 months in Buffalo Trace Weller Bourbon barrels and Runamok Maple Syrup Bourbon casks. This blend was finished in a freshly emptied Heaven Hill Elijah Craig barrel that previously held Maple Syrup. Dripping Maple was then conditioned on Korintje cinnamon and Madagascar vanilla beans to further develop the flavors of bourbon-drenched French Toast. This full-bodied Imperial Stout brings burnt caramel and sticky maple flavors from the Double Barrel-Aging in bourbon and maple barrels and flavors of sweet cinnamon rolls and a rich sweetness from the vanilla beans.

Dripping Maple (2024)

Double Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout

12.4% ABV

2024 Dripping Maple was aged in a blend of Buffalo Trace Weller Bourbon and George Dickel 16-Year Bourbon with an average age of 22 months. Dripping Maple was then conditioned on Korintje cinnamon and Madagascar vanilla beans to develop bold flavors of bourbon-drenched French Toast, burnt caramel and sweet cinnamon rolls.​

Dripping Maple (2025)

Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout

12.7% ABV

Dripping Maple is our award-winning 12.7% Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout brewed with Vermont maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla. This year’s blend was brewed with maple syrup and spent an average of 35 months aging in Heaven Hill Elijah Craig 8-Year Bourbon barrels. Dripping Maple was conditioned on Korintje cinnamon and vanilla beans from Madagascar, Ecuador, and Papua New Guinea, layering together flavors reminiscent of bourbon-soaked French toast. Rich and full-bodied, Dripping Maple pours jet black with notes of burnt caramel and maple, leading with flavors of sweet cinnamon rolls and creamy vanilla.

Dropping Fruit POG

Fruited Sour

6.0% ABV

Dropping Fruit POG is brewed with Pilsner and Wheat malt and soured in the kettle. We add a small amount of Czech Saaz during the boil then ferment it with our house ale yeast. During fermentation we added a ton of passionfruit, orange, and guava to ramp up the tropical juice flavors. Dropping Fruit POG creates a delightfully balanced beer, retaining a touch of residual malt sweetness reminiscent of the classic tropical breakfast juice with a hint of acidity and tartness perfect for the summer’s warm weather.

Dropping Fruit PTCN

Fruited Sout

6.1% ABV

Inspired by the famous island cocktail Painkiller, this Dropping Fruit is our 6.1% Fruited Sour with Pineapple, Tangerine, Coconut and Nutmeg. Like all the beers in the Dropping Fruit series, it undergoes an overnight souring process followed by a clean fermentation with house ale yeast. Towards the end of fermentation we add a generous amount of Pineapple and Tangerine. Finally the beer is conditioned on freshly processed raw coconut and a hint of nutmeg. This Dropping Fruit balances the tropical flavors of piña colada and citrus with the subtle hint of spice and a slightly tart finish.

Drowned In Coffee

Stout

12.0% ABV

Drowned In Coffee is our 12.0% Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout inspired by the traditional Italian coffee-based dessert, affogato al caffè. For this blend, we tasted through our cellar of Barrel-Aged Imperial Stouts and selected three of our favorite barrels including stouts aged in Blanton's, Stagg Jr. and Jim Beam bourbon barrels. The average age for this blend was over 20 months. This blend was then conditioned on exotic vanilla beans from Comoros, Australia and Madagascar and freshly roasted dark coffee. Drowned In Coffee pours jet black with aromatics of French vanilla ice cream, dark chocolate, creamy caramel and aged rum, with a beautifully fresh coffee nose.

Dry Hopped Markt | Blend N°1

Saison

Dry Hopped Markt is a blend of hoppy saison brewed with pilsner and wheat. It was aged for a year in oak before being blended, dry hopped and bottled. It was dry hopped with Amarillo and Waimea hops at a rate of 3 lbs / BBL. The interplay of the dry hop and the mixed culture brings forward notes of key lime, grapefruit aromatics, a balancing acidity and oaky vanilla undertones.

Dry-Hopped Peach | 2019 Harvest

Spontaneous

Blended from a single barrel of traditional spontaneously fermented beer brewed in the Fall of 2018, aged in a cognac cask. Peach Dry Hop presents an intertwining profile of floral peach aromatics, a powdery Amarillo hop punch and a light but refreshing acidity.

Dry-Hopped Shiro Plum | 2019 Harvest

Spontaneous

From a single barrel of traditional spontaneously fermented beer brewed in December 2018, with the addition of blueberry blossom honey in the coolship. The yellow plums show a golden hue with full, bright aromatics of pineapple upside-down cake, juicy plum flavors and a depth of stone fruit supported by a subtle, light honey character from our spontaneously fermented beer.

Eastern Sky

Imperial IPA

8.0% ABV

Eastern Sky was hopped with Nectaron and Citra in the whirlpool and dry-hopped with Citra, Sabro, and Galaxy. This beer pours a hazy orange color, with a hop-forward flavor and aroma profile with notes of citrus fruit, candied pineapple and orange rind with a clean finish.

Elderflower | 2020 Harvest

Elderflower | 2021 Harvest

Spontaneous

Elderflower | 2021 Harvest is a blend of traditionally brewed spontaneously fermented beers across three brewing seasons, including a portion from a recipe using a higher hopping rate. In late May of 2021, our team harvested European elderflower from a local New Jersey farm, then let the elderflower soak cold in the beer for a single night before being racked back to oak for extended conditioning. At the time of bottling, this blend had an average age of 33 months and has been conditioning since its bottling in early 2022. Elderflower | 2021 Harvest pours a vibrant yellow with a rocky white foam. It pushes vibrant floral aromatics and notes of sweet lychee and apricots. The acidity is light and elevates a clean lemon tart flavor profile.
