Dripping Maple (2025)
Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout
12.7% ABV
Dripping Maple is our award-winning 12.7% Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout brewed with Vermont maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla. This year’s blend was brewed with maple syrup and spent an average of 35 months aging in Heaven Hill Elijah Craig 8-Year Bourbon barrels. Dripping Maple was conditioned on Korintje cinnamon and vanilla beans from Madagascar, Ecuador, and Papua New Guinea, layering together flavors reminiscent of bourbon-soaked French toast. Rich and full-bodied, Dripping Maple pours jet black with notes of burnt caramel and maple, leading with flavors of sweet cinnamon rolls and creamy vanilla.

Dropping Fruit POG
Fruited Sour
6.0% ABV
Dropping Fruit POG is brewed with Pilsner and Wheat malt and soured in the kettle. We add a small amount of Czech Saaz during the boil then ferment it with our house ale yeast. During fermentation we added a ton of passionfruit, orange, and guava to ramp up the tropical juice flavors. Dropping Fruit POG creates a delightfully balanced beer, retaining a touch of residual malt sweetness reminiscent of the classic tropical breakfast juice with a hint of acidity and tartness perfect for the summer’s warm weather.

Dropping Fruit PTCN
Fruited Sout
6.1% ABV
Inspired by the famous island cocktail Painkiller, this Dropping Fruit is our 6.1% Fruited Sour with Pineapple, Tangerine, Coconut and Nutmeg. Like all the beers in the Dropping Fruit series, it undergoes an overnight souring process followed by a clean fermentation with house ale yeast. Towards the end of fermentation we add a generous amount of Pineapple and Tangerine. Finally the beer is conditioned on freshly processed raw coconut and a hint of nutmeg. This Dropping Fruit balances the tropical flavors of piña colada and citrus with the subtle hint of spice and a slightly tart finish.

Drowned In Coffee is our 12.0% Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout inspired by the traditional Italian coffee-based dessert, affogato al caffè. For this blend, we tasted through our cellar of Barrel-Aged Imperial Stouts and selected three of our favorite barrels including stouts aged in Blanton's, Stagg Jr. and Jim Beam bourbon barrels. The average age for this blend was over 20 months. This blend was then conditioned on exotic vanilla beans from Comoros, Australia and Madagascar and freshly roasted dark coffee. Drowned In Coffee pours jet black with aromatics of French vanilla ice cream, dark chocolate, creamy caramel and aged rum, with a beautifully fresh coffee nose.

Dry Hopped Markt | Blend N°1
Saison
Dry Hopped Markt is a blend of hoppy saison brewed with pilsner and wheat. It was aged for a year in oak before being blended, dry hopped and bottled. It was dry hopped with Amarillo and Waimea hops at a rate of 3 lbs / BBL. The interplay of the dry hop and the mixed culture brings forward notes of key lime, grapefruit aromatics, a balancing acidity and oaky vanilla undertones.

Blended from a single barrel of traditional spontaneously fermented beer brewed in the Fall of 2018, aged in a cognac cask. Peach Dry Hop presents an intertwining profile of floral peach aromatics, a powdery Amarillo hop punch and a light but refreshing acidity.

Spontaneous
From a single barrel of traditional spontaneously fermented beer brewed in December 2018, with the addition of blueberry blossom honey in the coolship. The yellow plums show a golden hue with full, bright aromatics of pineapple upside-down cake, juicy plum flavors and a depth of stone fruit supported by a subtle, light honey character from our spontaneously fermented beer.

Eastern Sky
Imperial IPA
8.0% ABV
Eastern Sky was hopped with Nectaron and Citra in the whirlpool and dry-hopped with Citra, Sabro, and Galaxy. This beer pours a hazy orange color, with a hop-forward flavor and aroma profile with notes of citrus fruit, candied pineapple and orange rind with a clean finish.

Elderflower | 2021 Harvest
Spontaneous
Elderflower | 2021 Harvest is a blend of traditionally brewed spontaneously fermented beers across three brewing seasons, including a portion from a recipe using a higher hopping rate. In late May of 2021, our team harvested European elderflower from a local New Jersey farm, then let the elderflower soak cold in the beer for a single night before being racked back to oak for extended conditioning. At the time of bottling, this blend had an average age of 33 months and has been conditioning since its bottling in early 2022. Elderflower | 2021 Harvest pours a vibrant yellow with a rocky white foam. It pushes vibrant floral aromatics and notes of sweet lychee and apricots. The acidity is light and elevates a clean lemon tart flavor profile.

Electric Tide
India Pale Ale

Electric Tide was hopped with a blend of two of our favorite hops—Nelson and Chinook. First, it was hopped in the whirlpool with Chinook and then dry-hopped with even more Chinook and Nelson Sauvin, resulting in flavors of fresh crushed gooseberries and pine.

Enchanted Grove
Spontaneous
Back in 2021 we got together with our friends from Primitive for a collaborative Spontaneous blend that would become Enchanted Grove. For this blend, we chose some mature spontaneously fermented beer across three brewing seasons, with the oldest component from the early spring of 2018. A portion of this blend was also aged in large cognac puncheons. After blending, we allowed this beer to continue to mellow for an additional two years. In the winter of 2023, we sourced New Jersey grown yuzu and sudachi citrus fruits which we zested and added directly to the blend before bottling. At the time of bottling, this blend had an average age of 58 months, making it our most mature spontaneously fermented blend to date. Enchanted Grove has been conditioning since its bottling in early 2024. Enchanted Grove pours a golden orange with aromatics of orange blossom and orange citrus with an underlying complexity of yeasty cellar funk. It offers flavors of lemon-lime soda, white wine raisins, lemon custard and apple blossoms with a well-integrated acid profile supported by high carbonation.

Epic Overhead
Triple IPA
10.2% ABV
Epic Overhead is an exceptional 10.2% Triple IPA brewed with a similar flavor profile to its younger brother, Overhead. To achieve its distinctive flavor, we added a slight bittering addition in the kettle with Columbus hops before a large dose of Centennial in the whirlpool. We added a large charge of Simcoe in the first dry hop and added a second round of Amarillo, Centennial, and Columbus hops for a truly layered experience. Epic Overhead pours with an unfiltered pale haze and brings a blend of clean citrus and pine, complemented by subtle notes of resin.

Epic Party Wave
Triple IPA
9.8% ABV
Epic Party Wave is an amped up version of our favorite Party Wave. It’s hopped in the whirlpool with Simcoe, Citra, and Mosaic and dry hopped with Citra, Mosaic, and Galaxy, but at a much higher rate than the original. This incredibly hoppy Triple IPA has the same wonderful citrus and stone fruit flavor as Party Wave, only turned up a notch.

Epic Wind Swell

9.5% ABV
Epic Wind Swell, our 9.5% Triple IPA, is our newest addition to our Swell series. It was hopped with Mosaic in the whirlpool and dry-hopped with a massive amount of Mosaic and Nectaron. This Triple IPA has all the familiar bright, tropical aromas you’d expect form Wind Swell, but with added notes of ripe pineapple and summer peach from the addition of Nectaron.

Evening Bell is our rich and dark 9.2% Imperial Milk Porter brewed with lactose. From the Morning Bell family of beers, this one is brewed without the addition of coffee, making it a great evening treat for the non-coffee drinkers.

Extra Sneaky
India Pale Ale

Extra Sneaky, a standout in our Sneakbox family of beers, is hopped in the Whirlpool with Citra and Riwaka, followed by a large double dry-hop of Citra, Riwaka, Nelson, Simcoe and Mosaic. Extra Sneaky pours a hazy gold with vibrant notes of mango, peach and passionfruit with undertones of white wine and citrus zest.
