Brewed with a blend of floor-malted German barley, including two heirloom varietals, Monmouth Gold offers a refreshing lager drinking experience.​ ​ Gently hopped with Hallertau Mittelfrüh, it is cold-fermented, naturally carbonated, and lagered before packaging.​ ​ This beer pours a deep unfiltered golden color with notes of freshly baked bread and a light, underlying citrusy hop profile.

Monochrome Sunrise

6.4% ABV

Monochrome Sunrise is hopped with Bravo in the Kettle, Bravo and Simcoe in the Whirlpool, then dry-hopped with Bravo, Simcoe, and Citra. Monochrome Sunrise pours a hazy straw color and boasts a soft juicy profile with notes of peach, tropical fruit, and citrus.

Montmorency Cherry | 2021 Harvest

Montmorency Cherry | 2021 Harvest blend was from four different batches over three brewing seasons. This three year blend was from traditional batches brewed in Fall of 2019 and Spring of 2020; a high gravity batch brewed in Spring of 2021 and a more heavily wheated batch brewed in the Spring of 2019. The blend was racked on Pennsylvania Montmorency tart cherries at a rate of 6lbs per gallon and allowed to referment in wine barrels. It was bottled with young spontaneous in April of 2022. It pours deep rosé with notes of freshly baked cherry pie, graham cracker crust, and baking spice.

Morning Bean (2022)

Imperial Milk Porter

9.2% ABV

Morning Bean, our 9.2% Imperial Milk Porter with vanilla bean, takes our Morning Bell base and conditions it on Madagascar Bourbon vanilla beans at a rate of over ½ lb per barrel. ⁣ ⁣ Morning Bean is all coffee upfront, but the vanilla brings a rounded sweetness and creaminess to the body and balances the roasted, chocolate, and coffee flavors.⁣

Morning Bean is brewed with a pilsner base and a blend of British and German crystal and roast malts, lightly sweetened with the addition of milk sugar. Morning Bean pours a mocha brown with balanced aromatics of crème brûlée, cake frosting and freshly ground coffee. Notes of milk chocolate and coffee ice cream fill out the profile of Morning Bean. Morning Mocha is conditioned on dark roast coffee and Madagascar vanilla beans.

Morning Bean pushes vibrant notes of roasted coffee, vanilla, and dark chocolate in a dark, espresso-colored body. Morning Bean and Morning Bell are a perfect match for anyone who loves New Jersey-crafted beer and coffee.

Morning Bell is brewed with a pilsner base and a blend of British and German crystal and roast malts, lightly sweetened with the addition of milk sugar. Following fermentation and cold conditioning, Morning Bell is conditioned on a blend of Rook dark roast coffee. Morning Bell is bold, rich, creamy, smooth, and delicious. It pours a mocha brown with balanced aromatics of freshly ground coffee with a touch of cream. Notes of chocolate and sweet caramel provide complexity to the milk porter base.

Morning Rays

India Pale Ale

6.0% ABV

Morning Rays is our 6.0% West Coast IPA using a novel process of cold fermentation with a neutral yeast. We brewed this beer with continental pilsner malt to lay a clean base profile. It is hopped with a blend of European hops and New Zealand Riwaka hops before being dry hopped with a blend of Strata, Citra and Riwaka. Morning Rays pours a light straw color with a light natural haze and aromatics of dank pine, peaches, citron over a canvas of sweet fruit.

Mosaic Tropical Breaker

India Pale Ale

This entry in our Tropical Breaker series of beers is just as punchy and flavorful as the others as it highlights the Mosaic hop in various forms. We used Mosaic Incognito in the Whirlpool, with a dry-hop of Mosaic Spectrum and Mosaic Cryo complemented by Krush, Nelson, Galaxy, Citra Cryo and Simcoe. Flavors and aromas of pineapple, mango and tangerine are enjoyed up front, finished with notes of pine and berries.

Multicolored Mirrors

Black IPA

6.6% ABV

Multicolored Mirrors starts with our house Pilsner malt, combined with a selection of European caramel and roasted malts to create a rich and complex flavor. A blend of Simcoe, Cascade, and Columbus were added to bring hoppy complements to the dark malts. Multicolored Mirrors pours black with a thick mocha-tan head. Its full-bodied character showcases notes of resin, pine and citrus, balanced by a hint of roasted malt sweetness.

Nelson Tropical Breaker, a member of the Tropical Breaker series, adds a huge dose of Nelson & HyperBoost Nelson on top of Galaxy, Nectaron, Citra Cryo, Cascade Cryo & Simcoe Cryo. Nelson Tropical Breaker pours a light straw color with ultra refreshing notes of Sauvignon Blanc, passionfruit, pineapple, peach and grapefruit.

Night Swimming

5.2% ABV

Night Swimming is our 5.2% unfiltered lager inspired by German Helles, brewed with Ereclea malt, a terrior malt from Italy’s Adriatic coast, and Barke Pilsner malt. It was hopped gently with German Perle in the Kettle, and finally finished with New Zealand Wakatu hops in the Whirlpool. It was then fermented cold and lagered slowly for an additional 6 weeks. Night Swimming has a bright golden appearance, a very clean and quenching profile, and subtle flavors of honey and lemon zest, carried forward by natural carbonation.

One: Sangiovese Foudre

Spontaneous

One: Sangiovese Foudre comes from a single foudre with a past life aging Sangiovese wine. This batch boasted an exceptionally balanced profile out of the foudre, making it perfect for an unblended release. The 2019 spontaneous batch from which this beer comes was aged for 17 months in oak. We allowed the initial blend of One bottles to undergo a conditioning period of 9 months. One: Sangiovese Foudre unfolds with a prominent mineral character, featuring aromatics of lemon sherbet and apricots, complemented by a refreshingly balanced acidity. Notes of ruby red grapefruit, peaches and a hint of red wine are brought together by a supporting malt profile.⁣

Open Water

Open Water is hopped in the Kettle with Chinook, in the Whirlpool with Centennial & Citra, and finally dry-hopped with Galaxy, Simcoe, Citra, Chinook & Cashmere. ​ Open Water pours a pale gold with traditional citrus-driven hop notes of orange, tangerine, and stone fruit.​
